Oliberté : This Is Africa

If you're going to shop online we figured we should make it as simple as possible, so here is how it works:

1 Way – Standard shipping is available within Canada and USA (lower continental states) and your shoes will ship with CANPAR, UPS, Canada Post or USPS within 5 business days of your order. You do have the option for faster expedited service and can select this option when checking out. Shipping is also available for international customers and pricing will be available at checkout. For customers in Canada or the USA, we will do our best to ship from within your country – USA to USA or Canada to Canada, but in the event our local warehouse is out of stock, shipping across the Canada/USA border is possible and duties may apply - Canada to USA 8.5%, USA to Canada 11-18%,. For International orders, duties will apply and estimates (only estimates) for Europe Union, including UK (8%), Norway (10%), Russia (10%), Australia (5-10%), Japan (30%), Hong Kong (0%), China (10-15%).

2 Way – You can return your shoes for any reason up to 45 days from your purchase date. Just give us a call or email info@oliberte.com and we'll provide you details how to ship to our warehouse. Please have your order ID ready. For exchanges, Oliberté will cover the expense but for final returns shipping is at the customer's expense. Once we have received your return/exchange, you can either order another size, style or of course ask for a refund. Just make sure not to wear your shoes outside as we don't accept produce that have been visibly worn. A $15 restocking/cleaning charge does apply to all final returns for orders.

3 Way – To be honest, this is our favourite way. At the end of your Oliberté's product life, we prefer you to give them to a family or friend. However, if your purchase has seen their last days, just give us a call or email at info@oliberte.com and we will arrange to have them shipped back to us for a small fee or dropped off at one of our retail partners for free. We believe in being responsible and as we do not want to see any Oliberté in the garbage or land fills. We're still new, so we haven't figured out 100% what we will do with the shoes but we have a lot of ideas including recycling them into new shoes.

Some more Disclaimer Stuff: Please note that all returns for full refund within are subject to a $15CAD fee, not including original shipping charges. We are not responsible for returns that are lost and you are advise to contact your shipping company for reimbursement.
