Great company, great boots. Will gladly buy again in the future.
Love them, comfortable and cool. Get loads of compliments and it's nice to know that they're fair trade and help the world a little bit. A must buy.
Great pair a boots! Durable and comfortable!
These boots are a masterpiece! Epic in both design and comfort! I wear these boots pretty much everyday (apart from rainy days, as your feet get a little wet). They have become apart of me, 10/10 recommend, also get a size below your usual
Legit boots and very much appreciate this company's commitment to sustainable and ethical production; the world needs more like it. I was apprehensive about ordering them, but I am glad I did. They're comfortable and I love the unique look: rugged-casual that's just a touch more rugged than casual. I usually wear a 10 in athletic sneakers and went with a 9 here, as per the recommendation. They fit perfectly.
Got a pair of these about 3 years ago in 2015. The soles didn't last very long, and neither did some of the stitching. However, I recently (in 2018) emailed Oliberte about some of the construction on the boot coming undone, and they said they'd reimburse me for any repairs made by a third-party cobbler. The service was quick, and they even reminded me that I had an open ticket when I forgot to give them my PayPal for reimbursement.
Comfortable and good quality
This is my third pair of Ngola -- I now have all three colors. Like I wrote in a previous review, I wish they were truly waterproof (your socks will get wet when walking in tall wet grass). But the comfort is off the charts (just remember they run a bit big). And for the black/gray colorway, I LOVE how it's a dusty, matte, slightly indigo black-gray. Not shiny at all, and it feels more artisan/avante garde. For the price, these are quite high-quality.
The boots are really comfortable and nice looking, but the sole is separating from the toe of the boot, and I've had them less than a month, and don't wear them more than 3-4 times per week.
