NOW HIRING: Oliberté Admin and Customer Support Guru

We are on the hunt for an admin and online customer support whiz to join the team part time, with potential for growth. The job will be from home for now, but we’re aiming to open an official HQ in Oakville and we’d want you there. This is a good chance to be part of an intimate, collaborative team while learning about the inner workings of a socially conscious company with international roots. Job involves:
  • Coordinating online orders with warehouse
  • Updating inventory
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Managing online availability
  • Overseeing several drop-ship online store accounts
  • Chance to pitch in on social media and program implementation
  • Make monthly reports on online orders/interactions
  • Use analytics to develop better promotions and interactions
  • Self-motivate to build our admin structure and the capacity of our small but quickly expanding start-up
Desired qualifications:
  • Location in or near Toronto (Oakville/Burlington/Halton is ideal)
  • University or college degree preferred but not required
  • Past admin experience
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, WordPress
  • Understanding of website management systems
  • Knowledge of fashion industry or socially conscious business
  • Knowledge of Adobe CreativeSuite would be a bonus
Hours and salary:
  • $12/hour
  • Part time (M-F), 15-20 hours per week to start. Full-time expected by May 2013
