We accept returns and exchanges for North American customers for up to 45 days after the item was purchased. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition. Products sold and stated as Final Sale, Gorilla Wax and Wallets are not eligible for a return or exchange.
It is important to us that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. This is why we offer North American customers ONE (1) FREE exchange/return.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: If item is received visibly worn outside Oliberté will NOT accept the return and it will be returned back to sender. No exceptions.
HOW TO RETURN
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any unauthorized returns without a prior RMA may not be accepted by our warehouses.
How to request a Return Authorization Number:
If you ordered on your account with Oliberté: Log into My Account - Order History - click on RETURN located next to the order you wish to return, and follow the step-by-step directions.
If you you ordered as a guest (did not sign in): Click here. You will need your electronic receipt to fill out the RMA request - NOT YOUR PICK SLIP.
From your electronic receipt you will need to locate the following:
- Order ID (OLI) number (ex: OLI-0012345678-123456-123456). This number must match EXACTLY
- Email address used to place the order
Once the return request has been approved by Oliberté, you will receive an email notification providing you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to return.
IMPORTANT: Once you have received your RMA with return instructions, you will have 30 days to return your item. After 30 days, your RMA will expire and in some cases will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Our online return requests are only for final returns and exchange size requests. If you are wanting to exchange for another item, you will need to return for refund and reorder.

If you are returning an item that was changed after the order was placed, it will not show on your receipt. In this case, please contact email@example.com for an RMA.

We offer one FREE exchange for North American customers (only Canada and Continental United States). Oliberté will cover all associated shipping costs.
We are happy to hold the exchange item for you up to 30 days. If you are unable to return the original item within this time frame, please contact us at email@example.com.
*For orders outside of the US/Canada (including non-Continental USA, Hawaii and Alaska), we only offer returns, no exchanges. In the case of a return, customer must ship independently and include a tracking number. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for further details.
Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, along with any sales tax which was charged at time of purchase.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
Prices of a style or model can change for a variety of reasons. Prices reductions are accommodated for 30 days from the date of order. Note: This does not apply to exclusive sales and Black Friday Sales, or for promo codes or special promotions that can vary within the course of a year.
Please be aware when placing an order that FINAL SALE on the product page means the item is NOT eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions whatsoever. FINAL SALE will also be stated at checkout and on your order receipt.
