We accept returns and exchanges for North American customers for up to 45 days after the item was purchased. Items must be unworn and in sellable condition. Products sold and stated as Final Sale, Gorilla Wax and Wallets are not eligible for a return or exchange.
All returns need a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns without a prior Return Authorization Number may delay your return or may not be accepted by our warehouses.
IMPORTANT: Once you have received your RMA with return instructions, you will have 30 days to return your item. After 30 days, your RMA will expire and in some cases will no longer be eligable for return or exchange.
Our online return requests are only for final returns and exchange size requests. If you are wanting to exchange for an other item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or return for refund and reorder.
If you have a received an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com
If you are returning an item that was changed after the order was placed it will not show on your available to return items, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for an RMA.
