LIFETIME WARRANTY

We take great pride in our quality, and want you to as well. One of the ways we support this is with our lifetime warranty for customers who purchased one of our products 
after January 1st, 2014 and Australian customers who ordered after July 15th, 2015, when we launched our lifetime warranty program in each region. Every Oliberté product bought from an authorized dealer is fully guaranteed to its original owners against defects in material and workmanship for the natural lifetime of the product. If any such product ever fails due to manufacturing defects or workmanship, Oliberté is happy to cover the cost of the repair. Repairs must be approved by Oliberté prior to proceeding, and completed by a professional cobbler. The amount covered by Oliberté will be determined on a case by case basis. 


Important: Warranty does not cover resoling of the shoe and if resoled the warranty becomes null and void.

Please note:

1) For purposes of this warranty, "natural lifetime" means the usual and customary wearable life of the product by the original owner. 

2) The warranty does not extend to damage caused by improper care, water stains, accidents, normal wear and tear, or negligence.

3) The Oliberté lifetime warranty is voided if you remove any labels or if the product has been tailored or altered in any way.


REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT

If you purchased your Oliberté product from an authorized online retailer or checked out as a guest on oliberte.com, register your goods and secure the lifetime warranty by creating an account at oliberte.com/signin/For those who purchased online at oliberte.com via your personal account, you are enrolled automatically. You do not need to register your specific item, simply creating an account qualifies all your products for warranty claims. Only online customers that have created an account at oliberte.com can take advantage of the Oliberté warranty.
